EMEX 2026 will put the spotlight on the strength, creativity, and future of New Zealand manufacturing. At the heart of EMEX 2026 is the Advancing Manufacturing Aotearoa (AMA) Showcase, bringing together leading manufacturers to demonstrate how practical innovation and deep engineering expertise are shaping what comes next.
The showcase will feature Hamilton Jet, ENI Engineering, Oasis Engineering, and Argus Manutech, highlighting the breadth of capability across New Zealand’s manufacturing sector.
ENI Engineering will have hands‑on technology on display, including an Expleco glass‑to‑sand unit, that will crush a glass bottle down to sand, showcasing circular manufacturing in action, alongside Wayfinder digital display units that demonstrate modern, connected digital solutions for industry.
Argus Manutech will showcase the Mars Bioimaging unit, developed in collaboration with Mars Bioimaging. This cutting‑edge technology enables ultra‑high‑resolution 3D imaging using Medipix detector technology, supporting advanced research in medical, materials, and biological science—and demonstrating how New Zealand manufacturing contributes to globally significant innovation.
HamiltonJet will be presenting Saucy Jane, a replica of the original jet boat developed by William Hamilton. This iconic vessel marks the birth of the modern jet boat and the start of a world‑leading New Zealand marine technology success story.HamiltonJet draw on deep New Zealand engineering, tight in‑house manufacturing, and decades of field learning, its propulsion systems deliver performance, control, durability, and confidence where it matters most.
We hope to announce more collaborators for this showcase.
