This category is split into two different categories, Manufacturer of the Year Award FTE 50+ and Manufacturer of the Year Award <50 FTE. The split categories reflect the sector’s diversity and ensure recognition is accessible and meaningful for organisations of every size. With 97% of New Zealand’s manufacturers employing fewer than 50 people, this new category ensures small and medium-sized innovators get the recognition they deserve. These businesses often demonstrate extraordinary agility, resourcefulness and community impact.
