Digital Systems for Productivity Improvement in Manufacturing

NZQA has just approved a new micro-credential for Digital Systems for Productivity Improvement in Manufacturing.

The new micro-credential was developed by Hanga-Aro-Rau Workforce Development Council for Manufacturing, Engineering, and Logistics, working alongside Industry as part of a pilot project that started in 2022, led by MAKE NZ.

The new micro-credential aims to provide people working in operational roles with an introduction to Industry 4.0 and an understanding of the digital technologies used in networked manufacturing systems.  Now that these have been developed and listed with NZQA, providers can start their resource development and accreditation processes to deliver.

For more information, please contact the Hanga-Aro-Rau at info@hangaarorau.nz
